It’s been a busy month at Mind in Haringey, with lots of events and fundraising activities happening in November and December… Here are a few highlights from our team:
Young People’s Service
Carers Conference 2025
A few members of our lovely Mind in Haringey team attended and supported the Carers Conference on November 20th. They represented our Young People’s Service, sharing information about the work we do and the support we offer.
Project ADDER Youth Expo
On November 27th, staff and service users from our Young People’s Service attended and contributed to a review of the current youth and drug challenges in Haringey and Enfield. Sharing frontline experiences and insights, they networked with other organisations and discussed strategies to better support young people.
Fundraising Events
Jeroboams x Mind in Haringey
We’re thrilled to share that our @jeroboamslondon x Mind in Haringey Wine Tasting Evening raised £200 for our vital mental health services 🎉 It was a wonderful night filled with great company, fun, and delicious wine. We’re so grateful to Jeroboams Muswell Hill for hosting, and a huge thank you to everyone who bought tickets and joined us – it was amazing to meet you all!
Mind Exclusive Shopping Evening
Our Mind Exclusive Shopping Evening at the Muswell Hill Mind Shop raised over £300 🎉 – another successful event which will directly fund our essential mental health services and support 💙 It was great to team up with our friends at the Muswell Hill Mind Shop and raise vital funds for Haringey’s mental health services. Thanks to everyone who came down and shopped! 🛍️
Spending Time With Our Sponsors
We are grateful to the local businesses, groups, and organisations that sponsor or help raise funds for Mind in Haringey’s vital mental health services. These much-needed contributions help our organisation remain sustainable, and they also provide a great opportunity to build connections within our community and spend time with the people who make Haringey what it is. W. Nodes Funeral Directors
Recognising the impact that grief and loss can have on mental health, Nodes have chosen Mind in Haringey as their Charity of the Year, raising funds to support our work. We recently attended a service celebrating the lives of those who passed away and were laid to rest by Nodes this year. It was an honour to be part of this memorial and to spend time with our local community.
Azad Ayub Philanthropy
Azad Ayub is the principal sponsor for our upcoming Annual Fundraising Dinner, taking place next March (scroll down for more info – we hope you can join us!) Without Azad’s support, this vital fundraising event would not be possible. This month, we had the opportunity to join Azad at the Lord Mayor’s Show, where he and his team took part in the procession!
