What is it?
Welcome to Mind in Haringey’s Young People’s Service! We’re here to support individuals aged 16 to 30 and our compassionate team provides tailored support to promote mental well-being and empower young people to thrive. If you are seeking help with your mental health, wanting to improve your wellbeing, or if you are transitioning out of child care services or from CAMHS to Adult Mental health services – we are here to support you. We offer a range of support designed to meet your unique needs and journey towards holistic wellness.
How does it work?
The service aims to develop young people’s understanding of their own wellbeing, providing them with tools to improve their emotional resilience and better equip them for the following topics:
- Sustaining accommodation
- Budgeting
- Volunteering
- Employment and training opportunities
- Managing wellbeing

Offering up to 12 weeks of support, we’re all about empowering individuals aged 16 to 30 to navigate life’s challenges with confidence. We support young people’s mental health journey and provide tools and guidance to boost emotional resilience, confidence and overall wellbeing. Plus, our dedicated team is here to support you in securing stable accommodation and managing your finances and can help you explore volunteering, employment, and training opportunities – we’ve got you covered. Let’s embark on this journey together towards a healthier, happier you!
How can I access the service?
We kindly ask that you register with HWN in advance of accessing this service. Please complete the self-referral form below and we will get back to you.
Requirements to access this service are:
- For young people aged 16-25 who are transitioning from children’s care or health services
- A resident of Haringey or registered with a Haringey GP
