Free and confidential support is available.

  • National Gambling Helpline. Whether you’re looking for confidential support for yourself, a friend or a family member, GamCare’s national helpline can support you.
  • GamFam. A peer support network set up by those who have experienced first-hand the devastating effects that gambling can have on family and friends.
  • NHS services. If you are aged 13 or over and have complex problems related to gambling or gaming, you can refer yourself to the National Centre for Behavioural Addictions.
