What is it?

The Haringey Wellbeing Network (HWN) is a mental health and wellbeing community support service for the London Borough of Haringey. The network is made up of three specialist mental health organisations and is the single point of entry for all community mental health support needs in Haringey.

The network aims to support the community by providing better access to a range of support services for adults living in Haringey. These are designed to help build resilience and reduce the onset of mental health problems by focusing on and helping individuals achieve positive outcomes in the following key areas:

  • Mental Wellbeing
  • Physical health
  • Social networks
  • Self-management

How does it work?

The Wellbeing Network works with its clients to improve their mental and physical health, which can be achieved through a programme of activities and agreeing on a set of goals. The service works towards supporting people to make positive changes in their lives.

How can I access it?

The Haringey Wellbeing Network is a free service available to all residents in Haringey. We accept self-referrals and referrals from agencies. Please complete the referral form below. Criteria to access HWN services are:

  • A resident of Haringey or registered with a Haringey GP
  • You must be aged 18 and over
  • We do welcome young people aged 16-17 who are transitioning from children’s care or health services.
