What is it?
The Haringey wellbeing network works with young people aged 16 years and over, who are leaving, or have left, child and adolescent mental health services or the Leaving Care Team.
How does it work?
The service aims to develop young peoples understanding of their own wellbeing, providing them with tools to improve their emotional resilience and better equip them for the following topics:
- Sustaining accommodation
- Budgeting
- Volunteering
- Employment and training opportunities
- Managing wellbeing
