What is it?

The Haringey wellbeing network works with young people aged 16 years and over, who are leaving, or have left, child and adolescent mental health services or the Leaving Care Team.

How does it work?

The service aims to develop young peoples understanding of their own wellbeing, providing them with tools to improve their emotional resilience and better equip them for the following topics:

  • Sustaining accommodation
  • Budgeting
  • Volunteering
  • Employment and training opportunities
  • Managing wellbeing

How can I access the service?

We kindly ask that you register with HWN in advance of accessing the services. Simply complete the self-referral form below and we will get back to you. Requirements to access this service are:

  • For young people aged 16-17 who are transitioning from children’s care or health services
  • A resident of Haringey or registered with a Haringey GP
