What is it?
Thrive Online is a digital inclusion project, focused on helping people access – and build healthier relationships with – technology. This project aims to help the Haringey community get online safely, understand and enjoy the benefits of digital technology, and protect their own mental wellbeing while spending time online.
Thrive Online creates safe learning environments, both in-person and online, and uses mindfulness and wellbeing based approaches to help participants increase their awareness of digital technology, build confidence and upskill.
What support does Thrive Online provide?
The Thrive Online team produces an informative monthly newsletter offering practical digital guidance and wellbeing tips, which you can subscribe to via the button below. These newsletters feature a range of different topics, ranging from information about digital risks and how to stay safe online to conversations about wellbeing and digital overload, as well as practical access advice.
Upcoming Workshops
Alongside the Thrive Online newsletter, two online workshops and two in-person workshops will be delivered between May and August. The online sessions will focus on how to stay safe and protect your mental wellbeing online, while the in-person sessions will be interactive, with a more practical focus, providing an opportunity to ask questions and address specific access challenges.

These online workshops will cover a range of topics related to online safety. Our Thrive Online Project Worker will talk about some of the key digital risks to watch out for and how you can avoid and protect yourself from these.
