What is it?
Safe Haven Crisis Hub is a short-term crisis intervention service. Mind in Haringey have teamed up with Clarendon Recovery College (Haringey Council) and West & North London Integrated Care System to create a mental health crisis support hub.
Who is it for?
This service is primarily for: adults aged over 18 who are living in Haringey and/or has a Haringey GP.
How does it help?
The Safe Haven will provide short-term intervention to support individuals who are vulnerable and isolated. The aim is to help de-escalate a mental health crisis.
The Safe Haven service delivers a non-medical intervention, working collaboratively with users to reduce the crisis and isolation; through enabling and supporting the user to develop safety/wellbeing plans.
How can I access this service?
The Safe Haven Crisis Hub is open daily, and individuals can call the service on 0800 953 0223 to receive support over the phone or arrange an drop-in session.
Opening Hours
Monday to Friday: 5pm-10pm
Saturday and Sunday: 12pm-5pm
This service is face-to-face at two locations:
Mind in Haringey 4 days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday

Mulberry Junction 3 days a week: Monday, Thursday and Saturday

Safe Space
Daily 6pm-8pm
Safe Space runs daily during Safe Haven’s opening hours. During this time, our team will be around, however there is no pressure to talk or socialize. This space aims to provide a respite for the people from the demands of the outside world and a moment of tranquility.

Please note Mind in Haringey is closed for bank holidays but if you or someone you know is in crisis, the Safe Haven Crisis Hub is open every day, including bank holidays.
