What we offer:

  • Regular meetings to work on your wellbeing and recovery goals
  • Individual support to create a personalised Wellness and Recovery Action Plan
  • Referrals to wellbeing activities at Mind and other organisations in Haringey
  • Help with Personal Independence Payments and Personal Budgets

Wellbeing and recovery goal support

We will offer you regular meetings to talk about your wellbeing and how you are finding things. You will be offered the opportunity to discuss any areas of your life where you are having particular difficulties. If you are experiencing any difficulties, we will talk about ways in which you could take action to improve those areas of your life.

Wellness and Recovery Action Plan

You will be offered the opportunity to talk about and develop your own Wellness Recovery Action Plan. This Plan was developed in collaboration with other people who have experienced mental health difficulties. The plan encourages you to think about and write down your own ways of staying well, signs you are becoming unwell and what action you would like other people to take if you experience a mental health crisis. You can complete as little or as much of the Plan as you like.

Referrals and signposting

We can refer you to activities at Mind and other organisations to help with your wellbeing and recovery. This includes Mind wellbeing activities and courses to help you to manage your finances and to manage mental health concerns. We can also signpost you to other organisations in Haringey to help improve your mental wellbeing.

Personal Independence Payments and Personal Budgets

We can offer you help with applying for a Personal Budget to cover the costs of attending activities at Mind and with other organisations to help your wellbeing and recovery.

We can also offer you help with applying for Personal Independence Payments. This benefit is gradually replacing Disability Living Allowance – for more information see links under ‘Further Information’ below.
