Central Services Administrator


Mind in Haringey is recruiting an Administrator to provide excellent support within the charity.

20,000 pro-rata (37.5 hours per week / Job share possibility)

The responsibilities of this role are varied and include coordinating all administrative systems, diary management, evaluation and monitoring of Mind in Haringey’s services, supporting admin volunteers and the facilities management of the Mind in Haringey’s office. This is a responsible role which will be the first point of contact for the organisation. Candidates should have excellent communication and IT skills with proven office based experience. Candidates should also be able to work on their own initiative and be ambitious and motivated in their role and for the work of Mind in Haringey

Operations Manager

Title of Post: Operations Manager

Responsible to: Chief Executive Officer

Location: Station House, 73c Stapleton Hall Road N4 3QF  

Deadline date  : Friday 2nd August  2019 at 5pm (interviews will be held 

                                                                        on 7th August 2019 )  

Post :                           40 hrs per week    

Salary :                        34- 36,000 (dependant on experience)

Mind in Haringey are looking for a passionate energetic individual who will become part of a growing successful mental health charity.

 The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the charity’s operations and projects, operating systems, as well as managing our volunteers and dealing with all general facilities management and human resources. 

 The post requires someone who is exceptionally well organised and efficient Leader ,that  is used to dealing with a diverse workload, has strong numeracy and literacy skills and excellent communications skills. 

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five  years’ experience in health and social care /mental health or related field with experience of planning and managing budgets and a strong commitment to equal opportunities and social justice.
