AGM 2016 Minutes


Mind in Haringey writes and implements a number of policies which ensure that we are always working within best practice guidelines and delivering services of the highest possible standard. We are committed to the Mind quality management standard which enables us to introduce and maintain quality management and a culture of continuous improvement.

We want our development to be driven by our service users and bi-monthly service user forums enable us to involve our service users in the policy writing process.
