New workshops and courses coming soon

This spring we will have some great new workshops and the return of some old favourites.

The Mindful Relationships project is a series of five workshops exploring relationships for LGBTQ+ people living with mental health problems. The project aims to help develop self-acceptance, self-confidence and self-esteem, helping you to build a sense of authenticity in and outside of relationships. Sessions will take place on Saturday mornings between 11am and 1pm, starting from the 30th of April.
