Emotional Support Project

Do you need support, guidance and motivation?

If you are a young person aged 16 - 24 and are at risk of falling into a criminal lifestyle, The Emotional Support Project is here to help. We work with vulnerable young people, helping you take the steps from being a teenager to becoming a self-sufficient adult. We can help you overcome issues with anger, build your confidence and improve your self-esteem.

The Emotional Support Project will:

  • Give you continued support for up to 6 months
  • Work with you to plan your future
  • Help you build self-esteem
  • Offer continued support before and after release from prison
  • Help you to manage a range of support needs
  • Give you 1:1 sessions to work on anger, anxiety and depression issues

The road to independence starts here!
