Wellbeing Activities

Offered as part of the Haringey Wellbeing Network.

Mind in Haringey provides a number of wellbeing activities which are designed to help you build confidence, improve your social skills and help you to feel less isolated. The workshops aim to help you make new friendships and develop new interests in a relaxed, informal environment.

Our members are included in the development and delivery of the workshops to help us ensure that we meet the growing demands of our diverse group of members. Our friendly team of staff and group facilitators are on hand to assist members accessing our services. Our staff endeavor to encourage independence, promote wellbeing and recovery and offer support to members on a daily basis.

Activities currently on offer

The wellbeing centre operates from Monday to Friday and offers a range of activities such as gardening, reiki healing, walking for health, laughter Yoga and relaxation amongst a number of others. The activities change regularly to meet the demands of our members and to continue offering new and interesting activities. We do not offer a drop in service and so you will only be able to attend the activities you have registered for.

We are currently updating our activities to offer a wider range of workshops - please call the Haringey Wellbeing Network on 0208 340 2474 option 1 to find out more.

How much do the activities cost?

As of Monday 17th September 2018, the Haringey Wellbeing Network will be abolishing all fees for our Wellbeing Activities. This is as a result of listening to feedback from our service users, who mentioned that fees can be a barrier to participation.

We want to ensure that our services are accessible and wanted to remove any barriers or obstacle that charges can create. Please see the letter from the CEO below:
